How to Participate in Governance

This guide explains how you can participate in the governance of the Noderr Protocol.

1. Stake NODR

The first step to participating in governance is to stake your NODR tokens. This will give you voting power in the NoderrDAO.

2. Vote on Proposals

Once you have staked NODR, you can vote on active governance proposals through the Noderr dApp. Your vote matters, so be sure to make your voice heard.

3. Create Proposals

If you have an idea for how to improve the protocol, you can create your own governance proposal. To do so, you will need to meet certain requirements, such as a minimum stake of NODR.

4. Become a Node Operator

For those who want to take a more active role, becoming a node operator is the way to participate in governance. Node operators have significantly more voting power and a direct say in the future of the protocol.
