Oracle Node Rewards

This document explains how Oracle Node operators are rewarded for their contributions to the Noderr network.

Reward Calculation

Oracle Node rewards are the highest in the Noderr ecosystem, reflecting their critical role in generating yield for the protocol, with a target of ~$16,500 in annual rewards at 100% activation (forward target; varies by AUM and NODR price). Rewards are calculated based on several factors:

  1. Strategy Performance: A share of the profits generated by the protocol's automated trading strategies. The Autonomous Trading System/Engine (ATS/ATE) is a conceptual umbrella that maps on-chain to the ExecutionRouter, StrategyRegistry, and Base-Rate Governor contracts.
  2. Governance Participation: Your level of activity in the Oracle Chamber.
  3. Data Quality: The accuracy and timeliness of the data you provide to the protocol's strategy execution layer (ATS/ATE).
  4. TrustFingerprint Score: A higher score leads to a higher reward multiplier.

Rewards accrue from the node-operator revenue-share pool and are distributed in NODR. Distribution amounts are bounded by the Base-Rate Governor, which caps payouts as a function of trailing protocol net revenue.

Node operators collectively receive 40% of protocol revenue. That node-operator pool is then distributed toward per-tier target annual rewards (Oracle ~$16,500 / Guardian ~$9,000 / Validator ~$5,500 / Micro ~$463).
