Hardware Requirements
Guardian nodes require high-performance CPU infrastructure to support backtesting engines and compute-intensive strategy validation workloads.
Compute

- Cores: 16-32 cores
- Base Clock: 3.5+ GHz
- Boost Clock: 4.5+ GHz
- Recommended Processors: AMD Ryzen Threadripper or Intel Xeon W-series
RAM
- Specification: 128 GB DDR4/DDR5 ECC RAM
- Purpose: Running multiple backtesting instances simultaneously
GPU
- Specification: None required (CPU-focused workloads)
Storage
- Specification: 2-4 TB NVMe SSD for backtesting data and strategy files
Networking
- Bandwidth: 1 Gbps+ symmetric fiber
- Latency: <50ms to major hubs
- Static IP: Required
Power and Cooling
- Power Supply: 850W+ redundant (80+ Gold/Platinum)
- UPS: 30+ minutes runtime
- Cooling: CPU <75°C under load
