  • $NODR: The native utility and governance token of the Noderr Protocol. Tokenomics
  • Autonomous Trading Engine (ATE): The active yield part of the ATS. It describes diversified, data driven trading strategies across DeFi protocols and exchanges. Onchain it is the ExecutionRouter and StrategyRegistry, not a separate engine service. More
  • Autonomous Trading System (ATS): Umbrella term for Noderr's autonomous trading, yield generation and market making. It covers the ATE, the Floor Engine and the Third Party Contributor System. It is not a standalone service. More
  • Base-Rate Governor: The onchain contract (BaseRateGovernor.sol) that governs the protocol's baseline yield parameters. One of the contracts the ATS maps to.
  • Base Sepolia: The testnet Noderr is deployed on. Testnet Status
  • DAO: Decentralized Autonomous Organization. Noderr's governance body, made up of $NODR holders and node operators. DAO voting is planned. Governance
  • DeFi: Decentralized Finance. Open, permissionless financial applications built on blockchains.
  • Floor Engine: The conservative, baseline yield part of the ATS. It is designed to spread a vault's Floor share across low risk DeFi strategies: lending, liquid staking and stablecoin yield. It is not a $NODR price floor or buyback engine. Any NODR buyback and burn is a separate, dynamic, discretionary mechanism with no fixed rate. Vault table
  • Guardian Node: The third node tier. Handles network security, watches for malicious activity and takes part in advanced governance functions. Stake 50,000 NODR. More
  • Micro Node: The entry node tier. Needs no stake (0 NODR) and performs basic network tasks. More
  • NAV: Net asset value. The value of a vault share, which is designed to rise as the vault earns yield. How Noderr Works
  • NFT: Non-Fungible Token. A unique digital asset. See UtilityNFT.
  • Node operator: A person or entity that runs a Noderr node. Node Operators
  • Oracle Node: The top node tier. Provides real time external data feeds to the protocol's contracts and trading engines. Stake 150,000 NODR. Onchain Oracle elections are planned. More
  • Third Party Contributor System: A Numerai style framework in the ATS for outside strategists to submit predictive trading signals, not raw code. Its contracts are ContributionRegistry, ContributionStaking and MetaModelOracle. Scoring rounds are bi-weekly. Payouts are Sharpe based, 1x–3x: positive rewards are paid from treasury and negative stakes are burned. The meta model is stake weighted and aggregates signals by Pearson TC. Not live yet. More
  • TrustFingerprint: An onchain reputation score for node operators, based on performance, uptime, security posture and governance participation. Scale 0–10000, shown as 0–1. Entry thresholds: Validator 0.60, Guardian 0.70, Oracle 0.80. More
  • tUSDC: Test USDC from the testnet faucet. It is what you deposit into vaults on testnet. Quick Start
  • Two-chamber governance: The planned DAO structure, with an Oracle Chamber and a Guardian Chamber. Not active yet. Governance
  • Unstaking period: The 21-day wait to withdraw staked $NODR. Vault withdrawals have no lock. Staking Guide
  • UtilityNFT: A free NFT minted by the protocol. It represents a node operator's identity and TrustFingerprint, and gates the Guardian and Oracle tiers.
  • Validator Node: The second node tier. Validates transactions and takes part in consensus. Stake 25,000 NODR. More
  • Vault: A smart contract that holds deposits. Six are deployed, each with its own Floor and ATE split and its own target APY band. Vault table
